Executive Serviced Apartments Ltd (ESA) manages properties across London, the Thames Valley and the South Coast of England, and needed a better way to track assets and inventory from purchase through to disposal as operations became more complex. ESA approached FMIS looking for a purchase-to-pay solution that could handle requisitions, workflows, invoice matching, equipment tracking, transfers, work orders and fixed asset accounting.

FMIS implemented its Purchase to Pay software alongside integrated modules for Stock Control, Fixed Assets, and Equipment and Maintenance, giving ESA a single system to manage purchasing, inventory, invoice scanning with OCR, purchase orders, and asset tracking across the full lifecycle. The result was tighter control over stock and suppliers, faster furnishing of new apartments, fewer delays through automated workflows, and a real-time view of assets that helped reduce the risk of ghost assets. ESA also praised the support from FMIS, describing it as brilliant.
