Huawei worked with FMI Agency on a channel sales incentive called Drive with Huawei to increase sales of four key Huawei devices during a traditionally quiet sales period in the UK. The campaign focused on Huawei’s smartphones and aimed to improve their market performance through Carphone Warehouse.

FMI Agency used Huawei’s n:gaged trade engagement portal and app to promote the incentive and keep sales staff and store managers engaged. The programme used league stages, weekly prize draws, and final prizes including Audi A1 cars, and it delivered a significant increase in sales for the period, with one store manager saying around 70% of their team now had the Huawei range.
