Huawei worked with FMI Agency to support the launch of its first UK Experience Store and Customer Service Centre at Westfield Stratford. The challenge was to build awareness, promote the premium in-store experience, and drive footfall for a new Facebook Page and related social activity in a difficult retail environment during COVID restrictions.

FMI Agency created a social media marketing campaign built around a daily countdown teaser and high-profile assets that ran across Facebook and Huawei’s Community Blog, with traffic also driven through the N:GAGED engagement platform. The 10-day campaign generated over 600 Facebook Page Likes, equal to 80% of Huawei’s existing social audience.
