Huawei worked with FMI Agency to launch the P9 smartphone in the UK. The goal was to create an experiential roadshow that could visit call centre locations nationwide and train staff on the handset’s key selling points in an engaging way.

FMI Agency designed and delivered a modular stand based on the Huawei P9 handset, with four tailored training zones, onsite trainers, and gamified elements such as Fortune Cookies and a Wheels of Good Fortune. The roadshow visited 25 locations and trained 4,000 staff, with over 2,000 prizes awarded.
