Huawei worked with FMI Agency to improve its UK market share by getting trade and sales specialists to understand and recommend the brand more effectively. Since 2016, Huawei had been looking for a better way to showcase its handset range and motivate UK and Irish trade agents to buy into and sell its products.

FMI Agency supported Huawei through the n:gaged trade engagement programme, an app and online platform used to educate, engage, and incentivize trade staff with training, games, quizzes, social activities, competitions, and giveaways. The programme has reached more than 35,000 people, has 13,000 regular active users, and gives out more than 7,000 prizes a year; one Huawei sales incentive programme launched through the portal drove a 225% sales uplift, and another campaign saw more than 6,400 trade specialists log in over 20 days.
