APC worked with FMI Agency to create a motivational trade marketing sales incentive for its distribution channel. The programme was designed to reward sales teams for APC by Schneider Electric’s specialist server products and to help support sales performance in a competitive market.

FMI Agency developed the PowerPoints programme, a custom platform that let participants save and redeem points for exceeding quarterly sales targets on qualifying APC by Schneider products. The scheme also included a bespoke reward service that could source virtually any prize requested, and FMI Agency says it has completed more than 2,200 transactions. The platform is now in its 8th year and was recently updated to improve the user experience.
