Bupa’s Adoption of FMClarity for Enhanced Facilities Management

Bupa, one of Australia’s largest residential aged care providers managing over 50 homes and around 6,000 rooms nationwide, struggled for years with complex, costly CMMS and manual processes that frustrated its large team of internal maintenance officers. Seeking a simple, collaborative and transparent facilities management solution, Bupa selected FMClarity to replace previous systems and unify property information and workflows.

FMClarity was rolled out in a phased approach—starting with a few locations and scaling to Bupa’s entire portfolio—delivering faster, real-time information, streamlined workflows and centralized communications across the business.
