How BCBSMA Uses FMS:Workplace to Create an Employee-centric Workspace

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (BCBSMA) is a Boston‑based, not‑for‑profit health plan serving over 2.8 million members with 1M+ sq ft across five properties and 3,600+ employees.
