Livensa Living, a fast-growing student housing provider in Spain and Portugal, was struggling to manage rent payments that were being made mainly by bank transfer. The manual process required finance staff to track and match hundreds of payments by hand, creating weeks of work, limited visibility into who had paid, and a system that couldn’t scale with the company’s rapid growth. Livensa selected Flywire and its online payment platform to modernize and digitize the payment experience.

Flywire implemented a digital payments solution integrated with Livensa’s property management system, allowing students and families to pay online in their preferred currency and method while giving Livensa real-time payment status and automated reconciliation. The results included time and cost savings equivalent to 2 FTEs, lower processing fees, fewer short payments, and easier management of 3,000 monthly payments, with the platform now positioned to support more than 10,000 monthly payments as Livensa expands.
