Hotel Rival, a luxury boutique hotel in Stockholm, faced challenges with its outdated, non-integrated property management system. This lack of technology meant manual, time-consuming reporting and the absence of a modern revenue management solution (RMS) to optimize pricing, forcing them to rely on outdated competitors' rates. They wanted a future-proof, automated RMS to save time and improve strategic decision-making, ultimately selecting FLYR for Hospitality from the Mews Marketplace.

The solution from FLYR was rapidly implemented, requiring minimal historical data. FLYR for Hospitality provided an easy-to-use system with a smart, demand-based pricing algorithm and a native business intelligence tool called Analytics. This allowed the hotel to automate daily pricing and reporting. The results included an increased average daily rate (ADR), achieving around SEK 1500 compared to previous rates as low as SEK 595, and a significant reduction in the time spent on reporting from 8-10 hours per report to having everything delivered automatically.
