a&o, the largest private hostel chain in Europe, required a modern revenue management platform to replace its outdated, static pricing model. Their challenge was to optimize complex commercial decision-making across their hybrid portfolio of hostels, hotels, and conference centers. They selected FLYR for Hospitality to implement a dynamic pricing solution.

FLYR implemented its platform across all a&o properties in just three months. The solution provided fully dynamic, automated pricing that adjusted in real-time to demand. The results were substantial, including a 27.4% increase in Revenue Generation Index (RGI) in August 2020 versus 2019 and a 7% revenue uplift during the COVID-19 lockdown.
