GSMA’s Innovation Fund, part of the Mobile for Development Foundation, provides early-stage grants to startups in developing regions and routinely handles hundreds of applications per funding round. Before implementing Fluxx, the team struggled with fragmented systems (email, Teams, SharePoint), communication silos across operations, grant managers and compliance, and an inability to scale for overlapping funding rounds and growing program complexity.
