Blue Pass, a UAE maritime initiative developed by the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure and Marihub, needed to launch a unified digital portal for maritime companies, ship operators, and service providers under an aggressive six-week deadline. The team turned to FlutterFlow to quickly build the app and website while handling multiple user types, separate dashboards, and a streamlined experience for managing maritime services.

Using FlutterFlow, Blue Pass built distinct dashboards, an admin portal, service management pages, and barcode-based service claim verification to replace manual oversight. The result was a rapid launch on May 6, 2023, with the platform engaging more than 50 service providers and 30 ship owner/operator companies, and earning media coverage from outlets such as Khaleej Times and Gulf Today.
