They ran a low-effort test that replaced the tiny “Remove Watermark” text with a prominent green button beneath the sharing/saving popup and instrumented Flurry events to watch other behaviors. The change increased the funnel click‑through rate by more than 15% and tripled revenue from the feature, demonstrating a high-impact, data-driven win.
