Games2Win is a global mobile game developer with over 88 million app downloads whose hit title Parking Frenzy 2.0 has more than 2 million installs. To turn downloads into active users, the team needed to understand in-app behavior across hundreds of levels and multiple cars—especially a strong teen audience—and identify actions that drive longer engagement and repeat play.
Using Flurry’s custom events and Flurry Explorer cohort analysis, Games2Win identified that car selection and specific car purchases correlated with much higher retention (up to 2x). They simplified navigation to the car store (one-click access) and displayed six high-performing cars per screen. After the update, conversion rose 2.36x, in-app purchases and engagement increased, and Day 1 retention improved by more than 7%.
