ECR Informatique, a Calvados-based cable installation specialist founded in 2001, installs, distributes and certifies over 10,000 copper and fiber links annually for businesses, public institutions and large-scale projects. To consolidate its position across DataCenter and horizontal cabling deployments and meet demanding clients’ requirements for accurate, standards-calibrated measurements, the company needed to upgrade its test and certification capabilities.

ECR deployed the Fluke Networks Versiv platform—seven DSX-5000 units replacing DTX-1800—using ProjeX project management and LinkWare reporting plus interchangeable modules (including OneTouch). The new system speeds project setup and single‑click report collection, improves test accuracy and lowers costs, and has given ECR faster validation and maintenance workflows and a clear competitive advantage on complex projects.
