Bath Experts, an American home improvement company with seven locations across Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky, faced inconsistent onsite measurement and photo capture that led to frequent re-measure visits, lost paperwork, calculation errors and the risk of specially ordered parts not fitting. Bath Experts joined Fluix in May 2021 and began using the platform to capture measurements, photos and complete installation checklists to address these challenges.

Fluix built standardized digital workflows for Bath Experts — required fields on measurement and photo forms, sample images, automatic date/time stamps, reassignable workflows and Taskstreams — to align sales, installations and operations.
