To address this, Médiamétrie used Fluid Topics with Atlassian Confluence to standardize content creation and enable dynamic publishing with fast, relevant search. Fluid Topics helped make documentation easier to access, kept content up to date without heavy IT involvement, and improved both customer support and overall documentation quality, with over 1,000 topics now available across about ten products.
