Ito World, a transit data expert, faced the challenge of making its complex, real-time transportation data more accessible and useful for stakeholders. They partnered with Fluent for UX design and front-end engineering expertise to help build customer-facing digital products that could visualize this intricate data with clarity.

Fluent designed and developed the Analyse Bus Open Data (ABOD) platform using the GOV.UK Design System and Angular. This solution provided a powerful public-facing app that tracks bus performance in real time, leading to increased transparency and accountability. The project won a 2022 UK Bus Award and continues to support the UK's National Bus Strategy, contributing to long-term transport reform.
