Become supports 32 young people into university with Fluent

Become, a charity supporting young people in care and care leavers, faced the challenge of significant barriers preventing care-experienced youth from entering and staying in higher education. They partnered with Fluent to create a digital solution, Propel, an online directory designed to inform and inspire these young people to pursue educational success.

Fluent developed the Propel website, a comprehensive and searchable directory of UK educational institutions' support provisions for care leavers. The solution included features like a free-type search and inspiring case studies to help users discover new opportunities. As a measurable result of this work, Become supported 32 young people in securing their places at university between 2022/23.
