BH Management, a multifamily enterprise and one of the nation’s largest multifamily management companies, wanted to bring digital advertising in-house and cut costs while keeping pace with a portfolio of 300+ properties that changes rapidly. With only one in-house employee handling a growing workload, the team needed a way to reduce tedious manual tasks, manage localized campaigns at scale, and keep ads timely and relevant. Fluency provided its Robotic Process Automation for Advertising (RPA4A) platform to help meet that challenge.
With Fluency’s automation, BH Management was able to automate key campaign tasks across channels, shift budgets quickly, improve ad quality, and run localized advertising more efficiently in-house. The results included an estimated $813K in annual cost savings, a 40% reduction in average cost per guest card, an 11.4% increase in click-through rate, and a 35% decrease in cost per conversion. BH Management also improved measurement and reporting while reducing human error and earning recognition for its in-house PPC approach.
