A FlowWright Case Study
St. Louis County, a government body serving 1.1 million residents, needed a versatile workflow engine to integrate its vast array of legacy systems and digitize its public-facing and internal processes. Its challenge was to modernize operations and provide citizens with a high level of online and mobile customer service, similar to a corporate experience. To meet this need, they partnered with the vendor FlowWright for its workflow solution.
FlowWright implemented its workflow engine, which was easily integrated into the county's existing infrastructure. This enabled the development of two custom applications: a Residential Customer Service platform for the public and an internal Employee Customer Service system. The solution automated processes and streamlined information flow, resulting in significant efficiency gains and an estimated cost savings of $1.5 million per year for five years.
