PSV Eindhoven, a top Dutch football club, needed a structured way to share its coaches' expert training methods with international partner clubs. Their previous approach of in-person sessions created little lasting value and lacked control over the knowledge transfer. To build its PSV Coaching Academy, the club sought a tool to effectively translate its football expertise into practical e-learning modules and was recommended FLOWSPARKS by a sponsor.

Using the FLOWSPARKS authoring tool and LMS, PSV created a highly visual and accessible e-learning platform. The solution enabled coaches to build modules with short videos and use them directly on the training pitch via their smartphones. The implementation was a success, resulting in 72 videos across six modules. Coaches responded very positively to the simple, mobile-friendly tool, and PSV now has a lasting and controlled way to share its knowledge globally.
