Atos, a global leader in digital workplace services with 111,000 employees, was facing challenges in creating and managing multilingual e-learning content. Their previous solutions were labor-intensive, as each language version of a course had to be updated individually, and courses had to be taken offline during updates. They turned to the FLOWSPARKS platform to find a more efficient and seamless solution for their digital learning programs.

FLOWSPARKS provided a smart, adaptive platform that integrated with Atos's existing LMS. The key solution was grouping all language versions into a single content package, allowing for easy, offline updates. This was first implemented for their annual Global Compliance training for all employees. The result was a highly interactive and accessible program, which was met with significant employee enthusiasm. The positive response generated so many new training requests that Atos is now considering expanding authoring access within the company.
