Bridgestone - Customer Case Study

Bridgestone, a global tire manufacturer, faced significant challenges in centralizing and scaling its learning and development across its diverse EMIA region. The company struggled with expensive, static classroom training and generic e-learning content that failed to convey a consistent message across many languages and cultures. Bridgestone needed a flexible solution to empower its own teams, including non-technical and blue-collar workers, to create effective, localized training content efficiently. They turned to the vendor FLOWSPARKS for its online authoring tool.

FLOWSPARKS provided Bridgestone with an easy-to-use authoring tool that allowed their own employees to quickly create and translate personalized e-learning modules without needing technical expertise. This solution enabled the rapid deployment of critical training, such as safety instructions during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, Bridgestone fostered a learning organization where knowledge sharing increased significantly; they trained internal authors and aimed to have 24 internally-developed modules ready by year's end, with consumption of training courses continuing to rise across the organization.
