Brico, the leading DIY retailer in Belgium under the parent company Maxeda, sought to enhance its digital learning offerings to support employee development. The company partnered with FLOWSPARKS to create engaging e-learning content for its internal Academy.

FLOWSPARKS provided an online authoring tool integrated with Maxeda's existing Learning Management System. The solution involved using various FLOWSPARKS templates like SMART PAGE for procedural guides and STORYWISE for scenario-based sales training. This allowed for the rapid creation of effective learning modules, such as product training and a guide for remote work during COVID-19.
