Attentia, an HR and Well-being partner for Telenet, needed a more effective and robust digital solution to train a growing number of new employees on occupational health and safety. They were tasked by Telenet to find an e-learning tool that was always accessible, educationally sound, and capable of tracking learner progress to ensure comprehension, moving away from traditional slide presentations.

FLOWSPARKS provided the solution, working with Attentia and other partners to co-create a custom Health & Safety learning module. The interactive module uses various engaging methods and ends with a certification evaluation. The FLOWSPARKS platform met all of Attentia's criteria, including educational robustness and integration capabilities. Thanks to support from FLOWSPARKS' Customer Success Coaches, Attentia's team quickly developed the skills to create e-Learning modules themselves, achieving great results with minimal ongoing support.
