Uniserver Internet, a leading Dutch managed and cloud hosting provider, needed a cost-effective way to manage extensive network traffic and protect its infrastructure and customers from DDoS attacks while staying aligned with the Dutch national scrubbing center NaWaS. To address this challenge, Uniserver turned to Flowmon Networks and deployed Flowmon DDoS Defender together with Flowmon VA Collector.

Flowmon Networks implemented adaptive DDoS detection with dynamic baselining, giving Uniserver complete traffic visibility, automated reporting, and the ability to drill down into historical and live traffic patterns without manually setting thresholds. When attacks are detected, traffic can be rerouted through NaWaS for scrubbing, helping Uniserver quickly mitigate DDoS incidents and maintain service continuity for its 8,000+ customers with less operational effort.
