Orange Polska, one of the largest telecommunications operators in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe, needed better visibility into high-volume network traffic for troubleshooting and security. The company wanted to analyze traffic at 10 Gbps and above, detect password-cracking attempts, DDoS attacks, and other traffic anomalies, while also retaining detailed visibility into network activity for up to a year.

Flowmon Networks deployed a hardware Flowmon Collector with Flowmon ADS ISP, using NetFlow data to provide full IPv4/IPv6 traffic visibility, long-term storage, visualization, and anomaly detection. With Flowmon Networks, Orange Polska’s network and security teams can quickly identify malicious activity, DNS and NTP anomalies, and attack sources, reducing the time needed to assess risk and improving protection for customers.
