Oborová Zdravotní Pojišťovna (OZP), a Czech health insurance company, needed better visibility into the security and availability of its data network and critical IT services, especially for its VITAKARTA ONLINE portal used by hundreds of thousands of customers and its internal business applications. Flowmon Networks’ Flowmon APM and network monitoring tools were introduced to help OZP quickly identify performance issues and support its existing IT surveillance setup.

Flowmon Networks implemented Flowmon APM alongside Flowmon Probe, Flowmon Collector, and Flowmon ADS Business, integrating alerts with OZP’s existing Novicom systems. The solution provided real-time monitoring, automatic incident reporting, and traffic analysis with one-year history, helping OZP detect bottlenecks before users complained. As a result, the company improved response times by tens of percent and gained clear reporting for SLA compliance.
