NAFTA, a leading Slovak energy and utility company, needed better visibility into network traffic across a widely distributed infrastructure spanning multiple locations. Its Network Services and Application and Security teams lacked the tools to clearly detect operational and security anomalies affecting critical enterprise systems, so they turned to Flowmon Networks for network monitoring and analysis.

Flowmon Networks implemented Flowmon Probes, Flowmon Collector, and Flowmon ADS in a decentralized setup across three geographically diverse locations, with centralized management through a 3 TB Collector. The solution provided global visibility into flows and anomalies, detailed incident analysis, and immediate alerts, helping NAFTA monitor both perimeter and internal traffic more effectively and compare current network conditions against historical data.
