Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s., one of Europe’s major nonalcoholic beverage producers, needed better visibility into a complex and fast-growing ICT environment spanning seven production plants, more than 3,000 IP endpoints, 100+ LAN networks, and two data centres. Its small internal IT team struggled with day-to-day administration, limited resources, and insufficient legacy monitoring for troubleshooting, security, and tracking the source of incidents. Flowmon Networks was brought in to improve network monitoring across WAN and LAN environments.

Flowmon Networks deployed a distributed solution built around a central 3TB Flowmon Collector, Flowmon Probes, and 10+ NetFlow-exporting elements, integrated with third-party DDI tools for accurate IP-to-identity mapping. The result was real-time identification of incident initiators, including MAC addresses, locality, physical port, and dynamically assigned devices, along with better troubleshooting, configuration detection, and planning support. Kofola reported improved network visibility, stronger security through controlled access to ICT resources, and more effective network management with proactive operational insights.
