itWorks, an IT outsourcing provider serving business and IT customers, needed better flow-based network visibility to improve troubleshooting, detect traffic anomalies, and generate comprehensive reports. To meet these needs, itWorks turned to Flowmon Networks and deployed the Flowmon Probe.

Flowmon Networks implemented a 4-port hardware probe to collect high-quality NetFlow statistics without adding load to network routers, while also storing historical data and supporting future modules. The solution gave itWorks full IPv4/IPv6 visibility, easier detection of attacks and DNS/NTP anomalies, and better identification of malicious application symptoms, helping the team quickly monitor and analyze both its own data center and client systems.
