Dimension Data, a global ICT services and solutions provider, needed better visibility into network traffic and behavior to support projects across commercial, government, ISP, telco, and financial environments. Working with Flowmon Networks, it aimed to help customers detect and predict resource needs while strengthening performance and security monitoring.

Flowmon Networks implemented its network traffic monitoring and network behavior analysis solution, which became part of dozens of Dimension Data customer environments and is often used permanently as an integral part of their infrastructure. The results included detailed network visibility, stable and secure networks, positive customer feedback, and repeated recognition for Dimension Data Czech Republic as “Reseller of the Year” for its success promoting and selling Flowmon Networks solutions.
