Cyso, a Dutch managed services provider, needed quick detection of DDoS attacks, automatic mitigation across on-premises and out-of-band scrubbing, and better visibility into outgoing malicious traffic. Flowmon Networks addressed these needs with Flowmon Virtual Probe, Flowmon Virtual Collector, Flowmon DDoS Defender, and Flowmon ADS.

Flowmon Networks deployed a solution that mirrors traffic into Flowmon Probe, generates NetFlow/IPFIX, and feeds it to a Virtual Collector for analysis, with DDoS Defender and ADS helping detect and respond to threats quickly. Integrated with NaWas and running on VMware ESX, the setup was easy to implement and gave Cyso fast deployment, detailed per-customer reporting, and flexible, multi-layer DDoS defense with improved network visibility and incident response.
