AT Computers, one of the largest IT distributors in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland, needed to ensure high application availability, reliability, and fast response times for its complex in-house systems. The company also wanted a better way to identify and prove attacks and network issues without relying on time-consuming manual data analysis. To address these needs, AT Computers used Flowmon Networks’ monitoring platform, including Flowmon Collector VA, Flowmon ADS, and later Flowmon APM.

Flowmon Networks implemented Flowmon APM to monitor the ATC Business Link application in real time without software agents, giving the team visibility into response times, error states, and the impact of new features. The solution also provided network traffic monitoring, anomaly detection, and automatic reporting. As a result, AT Computers improved operational responsiveness, increased work efficiency, and gained earlier insight into performance issues, helping prevent problems before they affected customers.
