Common Citizen sets the bar for normalizing cannabis with Flowhub

Common Citizen is a vertically integrated, Michigan-based cannabis brand with modern dispensaries called “chapters” that set out to normalize cannabis while maintaining strict compliance and a best-in-class customer experience. Facing rapid growth from medical to adult-use sales and the operational complexity of thousands of SKUs across multiple locations, Common Citizen chose Flowhub for a tech stack and partner that could meet high standards for compliance, speed, and service (notably using Flowhub features like Greet, Stash, Nug, Metrc integration, and View).

Flowhub deployed its Nug mobile apps (Greet and Stash), Metrc integration, and View reporting while providing hands-on support, streamlining check-in and inventory workflows and enabling real-time visibility. The result: roughly 6–7x sales volume immediately after the adult-use launch (reported as 7x), management of +1,150 SKUs, a tenfold reduction in inventory time, check-in reduced to about 2.5 minutes, and the platform supporting two additional store expansions — all credited to Flowhub’s product and service.
