Vestergaard, a global health company with about 120 employees across Switzerland, Kenya, Vietnam, India and the US, was hampered by a fragmented third‑party contract lifecycle that relied on hundreds of emails, duplicated attachments and no clear audit trail—making it hard to track status and meet internal compliance. To address this, Vestergaard turned to FlowForma and its FlowForma Process Automation product.

FlowForma delivered a cloud‑based, SharePoint‑integrated 10‑step automated contract “flow” that coordinates finance, legal, compliance and sales. The FlowForma Process Automation implementation removed mailbox chaos, enforced and documented compliance, enabled global access, and increased efficiency, transparency, completeness and accountability—covering roughly 90–99% of Vestergaard’s requirements and materially speeding up the contract process.
