Tui Ora, the largest community-based health and social services provider in the Taranaki region, faced paper-based forms, complex and costly SharePoint workflows, poor visibility and frustrated users. To modernize processes, secure sensitive data and improve reporting, Tui Ora selected FlowForma and its Process Automation tool (Enterprise+), a no-code solution that sits on top of SharePoint.

FlowForma trained five staff through its SureStart onboarding, migrated Referrals plus 11 additional processes within months, and integrated workflows with the intranet and Power BI on Azure.
