Tui Ora, the largest community-based health and social services provider in the Taranaki region, faced paper-based forms, complex and costly SharePoint workflows, poor visibility and frustrated users. To modernize processes, secure sensitive data and improve reporting, Tui Ora selected FlowForma and its Process Automation tool (Enterprise+), a no-code solution that sits on top of SharePoint.

FlowForma trained five staff through its SureStart onboarding, migrated Referrals plus 11 additional processes within months, and integrated workflows with the intranet and Power BI on Azure. The FlowForma deployment cut HR training approvals from several days to hours, removed 3–4 monthly SharePoint support calls, freed two admin staff for client-facing roles, and delivered greater visibility, security and measurable reporting to drive continuous improvement.
