Professional services company Grant Thornton are utilizing FlowForma Process Automation to mitigate risk and drive process transformation

Grant Thornton, one of Ireland’s fastest-growing professional services firms with around 1,400 employees across seven offices, was struggling with paper-based bottlenecks, lost forms, poor visibility and governance risk across processes like Job Appraisal, Client Acceptance and Data Access Requests. After unsatisfactory attempts to extend SharePoint, they engaged FlowForma and its FlowForma Process Automation no-code solution to tackle these issues.

FlowForma implemented digital “flows” on top of SharePoint to replace manual paper trails, automating eight key processes (including Job Appraisal, Client Acceptance and Data Access Requests) and integrating where needed with other systems.
