Process Migration Makes Flowforma Critical For Arps

Aberdeen Radiation Protection Services (ARPS), a fast‑growing Scottish company that supplies radiation meters and testing services to the energy, waste management and healthcare sectors, faced error‑prone, paper‑based processes: tracking 70 meters for annual third‑party recalibration, managing course bookings and certificates, slow invoicing, lost meters and difficulty demonstrating compliance. ARPS selected Microsoft 365/SharePoint and, on the recommendation of a partner, appointed FlowForma to deploy FlowForma Process Automation® to replace spreadsheets and binders with digital workflows.

FlowForma implemented no‑code flows on top of SharePoint, training ARPS staff to build and refine processes for meter recalibration, transport documentation and labels, wipe‑test certificates, course bookings and leave requests, plus a central database for contracts and purchase orders.
