Nipro Europe Group Companies: Simplifying Multi-Site Processes

Nipro Europe Group Companies (Nipro), the regional headquarters in Belgium for a global medical business with 3,500 employees across 26 sites, struggled with fragmented, paper- and email-based workflows in areas like marketing and HR. After moving to Microsoft 365/SharePoint, Nipro still needed an easy, no-code process automation tool and selected FlowForma and its FlowForma Process Automation product following a successful proof-of-concept.

FlowForma trained a small team at Nipro who built numerous flows—most notably a Marketing Approval flow (live since 2019) that has processed 416 marketing assets through 18 steps with nine signatories and a stakeholder dashboard for real-time status. FlowForma Process Automation cut the number of manual emails per approval from about 40 to 10, standardized processes across sites, improved visibility and auditability, reduced workloads, and enabled rapid, self-service adoption across the business; next steps include adding mobile access.
