Morgan Construction and Environmental Ltd., an Edmonton-based oilfield construction company, was struggling with time-consuming Excel spreadsheets, excess paperwork, slow sign-offs, limited visibility and human error while onboarding and tracking 200+ employees, fleet maintenance, transfers and expense claims. Pontem used FlowForma Process Automation to build customized digital forms and automated workflows in SharePoint that feed Power BI for real-time reporting, notifications and single-touch data entry.
