Leading Global Food Producer faced an urgent need to replace an unsupported, on‑premises Lotus Domino workflow system as its parent company moved to Microsoft 365. The business needed a cloud-hosted, intuitive way to preserve embedded processes across finance, sales, production and purchasing (including Supplier Returns, Sample Requests, Product Change Requests, price advice, capex and purchase orders). They selected FlowForma Process Automation for Microsoft 365 as the ideal vendor/product to deliver a hosted, self-service workflow platform that fit their cloud strategy.
FlowForma implemented a SharePoint-based solution using FlowForma Process Automation, migrating the first live process in just days and moving 11 workflows so far (with two more underway). Approximately 50–75 employees now regularly use the new workflows; the no-code tool and two-day training accelerated user adoption, sped up process deployment versus Lotus, and proved considerably less costly than an alternative SharePoint vendor. FlowForma also helped the customer move to the Enterprise+ package to enable reporting and analytics from their workflows.
