Flowforma Process Automation Becomes a Strategic Asset for Eurofound

Eurofound, the Dublin‑based EU agency for research on living and working conditions, needed to modernize HR and other business processes after InfoPath was discontinued and regulatory changes increased review requirements. Paper- and email-based workflows, poor audit trails and a small HR team (six people supporting 110 staff) created an urgent need for a process automation tool; Eurofound selected FlowForma and its FlowForma Process Automation product to rebuild these workflows.

FlowForma integrated with Eurofound’s SharePoint environment and enabled rapid no-code development of workflows — the HR Development Plan (HRDP) was rebuilt in about a week (a 75% reduction versus the old tool) and a teleworking request flow took an hour to create. The solution replaced paper and email, improved auditability and reporting, and is saving hundreds of hours across forms (examples include 403, 600 and 150 hours saved on specific processes), while becoming a strategic asset with 5–10 additional processes slated for automation using FlowForma.
