Bouygues Energies & Services, a global integrated energy and services operator with over 21,000 employees, faced slow, paper-based and error-prone processes that hampered its drive to become more data-driven—particularly around stock management, order handling and vehicle checks. To simplify workflows and accelerate digital transformation, Bouygues selected FlowForma and deployed FlowForma Process Automation as the no-code platform to replace manual forms and spreadsheets.

FlowForma implemented rapid, mobile-friendly digital workflows (for example a three-step QR-based stock process and automated order forms) that work offline and auto-trigger alerts and populated forms. The solution sped up development (six hours to build a process versus 24 with a competitor), reduced shortages and errors, and returned time to staff; measurable gains include 403 hours saved on Permit to Dig, 150 hours on Survey Requests and 600 hours on PO Request Forms within the first 18 months. FlowForma’s tools and support helped drive wider adoption across the business and improved accuracy and customer service.
