McCormick needed to replace a slow, paper-based retail audit system used across more than 28,000 U.S. stores—paper forms caused long delays, inconsistent national reporting, and poor broker follow-up, and an initial wireless solution failed due to usability and connectivity issues. To address this, McCormick engaged Flowfinity Wireless Inc. and deployed Flowfinity Actions as their mobile retail-audit platform.

Flowfinity Wireless Inc.’s Flowfinity Actions gave auditors smartphone forms with offline support, quick store lookup, photo capture, and configurable checkboxes/drop-downs, enabling standardized, nationwide audits and faster communication with brokers. As a result McCormick reports higher field productivity (more time selling), timely audit results (data submitted overnight or as soon as connectivity is restored instead of taking weeks), improved broker management, better operational visibility and reporting, and stronger merchandising execution across the business.
