Flowfinity Wireless Inc. configured Flowfinity Actions in under a week, importing event, venue and attendee data from Excel and using the web portal to push schedules and details to assigned staff; hosts and managers could update information from their smartphones and place calls or emails directly from the app. The deployment centralized event logistics, enabled real-time updates across all related events, saved operations time through automated nested-field updates, and helped Bell Mobility successfully coordinate staff and venues—delivering a consistent, positive experience during the Games.
