The City of Como sought to modernize its 20-year-old parking infrastructure with new meters featuring updated designs and touch interfaces. Their challenge was to implement a new back-office system for data-driven decisions and to introduce multiservice kiosks for integrated payments and additional city services. They selected vendor Flowbird to lead this mobility transformation.

Flowbird's solution was to install nearly 60 Strada S5 Touch parking meters and the Flowbird App, creating an integrated mobility platform. This provided the city with easy management of transactions and customizations, while offering residents and visitors a single, convenient point of sale for multiple services. The solution successfully addressed parking and transportation needs, consolidating services for seamless user access.
