Volvo Cars New Zealand (Volvo) was moving to an online sales model for its new electric vehicle range but needed to capture all EV sales in its global Salesforce CRM while allowing local resellers to keep using their familiar Autoplay system. Resellers were reluctant to undertake a full CRM migration, so Volvo required an integration partner who could precisely map systems and deliver quickly — Flow Software was selected, using its Statelake integration platform.

Flow Software implemented Statelake to sync leads, opportunities, orders and customer data in near real time between Autoplay and Salesforce, avoiding dual data entry and a major migration. The two-month rollout saved 200+ staff training hours, eliminated 80% of manual data entry, extended legacy systems’ life by 3+ years, provided real-time visibility across 8 retailers and 100+ staff, and supported Volvo’s sales and improved customer experience (738 vehicles sold in 2021).
